Yes. All technicians at M Exterminators are licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board of California and are required to complete comprehensive training to maintain their license. The company is also licensed, bonded, and insured, as mandated by the state of California.
Here at M Exterminators, we take safety very seriously. The state of California deemed pest control an essential industry to remain open during the COVID-19 pandemic. While we were thankful to still be in business, we needed to set strict safety protocols to keep not only our customers safe, but our technicians safe and healthy. All technicians are required to wear a mask and gloves upon entering your home. He/She will remain at a safe distance during the inspection and treatment as outlined by the CDC. Gloves are changed between appointments and hand sanitizer is applied. We ask that any customers that have been sick or currently feel ill to reschedule your appointment for a minimum of two weeks later.
Rodents, including rats and mice, only need a quarter size hole or less to invade your home. Therefore, one of the most important steps in rodent control is rodent exclusion, or eliminating rodent entry points. One of our licensed, specialized technicians will complete a thorough evaluation of the interior and exterior of your home to determine how the rodents are gaining access. Once these points are determined, we will make recommendations on what repairs need to be made in order to prevent any new rodents from entering and set traps inside to capture any invaders that are still inside.

Possibly. While bed bugs may be the culprit and are most notoriously blamed for the bites, it could be a variety of other blood feeding pests, like fleas, mites, mosquitoes, etc. The first step in determining what kind of pest is biting you is a thorough in-home inspection. The inspection will consist of close examination of your mattresses, furniture, carpets, cracks and crevices, and other pest hiding places. Once we determine what the problem pest is, we will walk you through the customized treatment plan and next steps on how we are going to eliminate the problem.
